Professionalisation and the Victorian Youth Sector

In September 2008, the RMIT held a public forum exploring the possibility of a professional association of youth workers. Speakers included Lisa Darmanin from Australian Services Union, Georgie Ferrari from the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria and Jethro Sercombe from the West Australian Association of Youth Workers.
